EXPECTED OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 5 years and above

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

Excellent communication skills to handle non scripted sales call and
engage in discussions with CXO level executives
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to exercise judgment and display problem solving skills
Proactively connect with partners and build rapport to grow business and
handle existing business relationship.
Identify new business opportunities within same account.
Ability and willingness to learn skills required to perform responsibilities

PRINCIPAL  RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Identify new business opportunities within same account.
New partner onboarding, including setups agreement coordination etc.
Maintain weekly touchpoint and handle daily interactions with partners.
Make sure partner services are delivered well with agreed timelines .
Monitor various campaigns and observe trends in coordination with
operations and MIS teams
Keep a close eye on chargebacks and refunds and overall revenue
numbers.
Remain updated on Current Affairs related to the Business.
Meet threshold performance parameters as defined for the team and
remain calibrated on workflow(s)
Identifying the Right Party contacts in organizations to grow the business
Sales oriented and capable of successfully engaging the client into
progressive discussions
Effectively contribute sales teams to grow business from same account.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :

Prior experience in Account Management , SARG, (specifically with US
based clients preferred)
Should have good Team Management Skills

TECHNICAL SKILLS : (Skill set required to do the job-Tools, Technical Knowledge,Certifications etc)

Proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily MS Excel)
Reporting & Analysis
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
Knowledge of digital marketing/ advertising preferred
