EXPECTED OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8- 10 Years of total with last 4-5 yrs frontline Recruitment experience
Recruitment for all business verticals & TA Operations Lead a team of recruiters to drive hiring strategy for all businesses at the frontline level maintaining the source mix, portfolio cost and cost per hire without impact on quality and delivery TAT.
Develop and monitor the hiring plan for all business units in India to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLA
Develop a sourcing network through vendor channels, institutes and other direct sources like referrals.
Manage the recruitment & TA Operations process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates hiring managers and team and initiate improvements as necessary. Interview and contribute to the assessment, selection and on-boarding of candidates as and when required.
Increase the efficiency of the selection process in close partnership with the business
Ensure Compliance of the Hiring Process and 100% defect free process.
Monitor the regular reporting of SLA performance and hiring activity/trend analysis to the businesses and team
Provide strategic inputs to business leaders as their talent consultant to build the future state of the organization and incorporate business workforce needs into operational hiring plans effectively
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendor partners , team members , Operations Leader, Hiring Managers & Biz HR to create a partnership that yields success, predictable Results and credibility
Manage and provide direction to the team. Set team goals and regularly measure team performance. Evaluate alternate courses of action to increase throughput
Responsible for manpower planning, and also for outlining & complying with the TA budget

Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of recruiting teams and a direct hands on experience. in volume hiring is a must Extensive experience in managing recruiting teams
Ability to adapt to changed business priorities & environment and ability to anticipate
Proven capability in engagement with internal and external stakeholders, to meet business workforce needs
Excellent understanding of the industry’s current trends and operating environment
Strong customer-service orientation
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate ideas to stakeholders, including senior business leaders
TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Skill set required to do the job- Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) MIS skills
- Needs to be have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Prior Hiring Experience is mandatory.
